Qascade provides an operational intelligence platform for residential property developers, helping development teams manage feasibility, cashflow, documents, milestones, emails, risks, contacts, entities and AI-assisted project intelligence in one workspace.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, disclose and protect personal information when you use our website, platform, AI assistant, integrations, forms or related services.
This Privacy Policy does not cover confidential commercial information unless that information also contains personal information.
1. The information we collect
We may collect personal information from you when you visit our website, enquire about Qascade, create an account, use the platform, connect integrations, communicate with us, upload documents, invite team members or interact with Qassie, our AI assistant.

2. Information you provide about others
Qascade is designed for development teams, which means you may upload or enter information about employees, consultants, builders, agents, lenders, lawyers, planners, purchasers, vendors or other stakeholders.
By providing personal information about another person, you confirm that you are authorised to do so and that the information is accurate, relevant and appropriate for use within Qascade.

- Create or manage a Qascade account

5. AI-assisted features
Qascade includes AI-assisted features, including Qassie, document analysis, email intelligence, project fact extraction, reporting support and risk-related insights.
When you use these features, the information you submit may be processed by AI systems or service providers to generate responses, summaries, classifications, extracted facts, suggested actions or other outputs.
AI outputs may be useful for decision support, but they should not be treated as professional, financial, legal, planning, accounting, tax or investment advice. You remain responsible for reviewing AI-generated outputs before relying on them.
We take steps to limit AI processing to the information needed to provide the requested feature or service.
6. Email and document processing
If you connect an email account or upload project documents, Qascade may process emails, attachments and documents to help identify relevant project information, summaries, contacts, dates, amounts, references, tasks, risks and project links.
This processing is designed to help organise development information and support human review. Where Qascade surfaces extracted facts, summaries or suggested actions, these should be reviewed by an authorised user before being relied on.
7. Cookies and analytics
We may use cookies and similar technologies to operate our website, improve performance, understand how visitors interact with our content and support security.

8. Marketing communications
